I completed my first bike ride along what I will call the SuperLoop. As you can see, it is a nice little 20 mile route that goes along the Route 56 bike path from Carmel Valley to Black Mountain Road. If you look at the elevation map along the bottom, the reason I went clockwise is obvious: all the hills are long and gentle. Going the other direction has two hideous, short, steep inclines. I'd rather work at slow-n-steady than sharp hills; it's probably better in the long run.
I got a headache reading an email from a student who wrote rambling run-on sentences with no paragraph breaks. So I ran some statistics:
11 sentences 406 words 36 words per sentence
If you exclude the last two sentences:
9 sentences 393 words 44 words per sentence
The longest sentence: 175 words.
As a true fan, I've been watching a downloaded copy until the complete set came out. I just happened to check Amazon, and the complete set is now out! OK, so it's been 4 months...
Anyhow, 15 reviews - almost 1 out of 4 - complain about how evil Sony is for releasing them season by season first, before releasing the complete series. Come on guys! Did you really think they'd never release anything but the individual seasons?

Well, nobody ever said predicting the weather was an exact science.
Christmas has come and gone. I had a great day - presents with my parents, dinner with my aunts and extended family (my first step-cousin once removed was having tons of fun playing with the trains), tasting a few tasty potent potables with my aunt, dinner with my parents, and a movie with some friends.
It was great having my sister around. We drove around to a lot of places with our dad -- El Monte valley, Julian, Laguna Mountains, and the coast all the way from the Oceanside Pier to Cabrillo Monument.
