Tire goes POP!

So the other day, the rear tire on my bike was getting low as I left from work. As I was pumping it up, I noticed the sidewall was disintegrating.

Well sure enough, the next morning, not only was the tire completely flat, but there was a huge white splatter. When I saw that, I remembered why I hadn't gotten a flat in 5 years: My rear tire had a puncture resistant tube. After I re-inflated it, it blew out the deteriorating sidewall, spraying sealant gunk all over the place.

I'm glad I wasn't in the car at the time... or riding.

Dear group of people,

Professor so-and-so told me about a problem using a web application you didn't write on a computer you can't access. How can we fix this?

Poppies!

I've posted the poppy photographs. Plenty pictures' purpose is to participate in panoramas. Photograph of poppies with the moon rising behind them

The fan spins

Sometimes, when I'm bored and there's a ceiling fan spinning nearby, I'll I'll follow an individual blade as it orbits around. A few weeks ago I had the brilliant idea to record this:

The beauty of Spring

I just have to share this picture of a hillside I drive past on the way to work.

The hills are illuminated by fields of mustard, which grow only on the southern side, giving them an iridescent look. I realize, though, that I'm being a total bastard, because these descriptions are meaningless if you can't see the image.

I love how, because the mustard grows only on the southern slopes, it lends these hills an irridescnent glow. The picture (taken at 50mph) makes it look muddled, but in real life, it's intensely breathtaking.
